1. Services and service area
ANKA provides mobile vehicle detailing and related services in locations we approve. Service availability depends on location, technician availability, weather, site conditions, vehicle condition, access, and the confirmed service scope.
Descriptions, prices, service durations, package contents, and availability may change. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee that every condition, stain, odor, defect, or contamination can be removed. Results depend on the vehicle’s materials, age, condition, prior repairs, contamination, and other factors outside ANKA’s control.

2. Booking and customer responsibilities
To book, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact information, vehicle details, selected service, appointment location, parking or vehicle-location instructions, and any relevant access or condition information.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to authorize service on the vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is lawfully parked, available at the confirmed location, and safe and legal for us to access and service.
Please remove personal belongings, valuables, important documents, cash, weapons, controlled substances, and other items that are not necessary for service before the appointment. ANKA is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, except to the extent liability cannot be waived under applicable law.

3. Pricing, payment, cancellations, and disputes
Full prepaid payment is required at booking unless ANKA confirms another arrangement in writing. You agree to pay the confirmed service price, approved add-ons, and disclosed fees for late cancellation, no-show, inaccessible vehicle, undisclosed hazards, or other approved charges.
We accept the secure payment methods displayed during online checkout. Zelle may also be accepted when arranged with ANKA in writing before the appointment. Appointments paid by Zelle are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by ANKA.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider; ANKA does not directly store complete payment-card details. The Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed during booking, linked at checkout, or included in the booking confirmation applies to your appointment. It explains cancellation deadlines, booking-credit rules, no-show and inaccessible-vehicle rules, weather and safety rescheduling, undisclosed-biohazard handling, and ANKA-initiated cancellations.
Please contact ANKA within 48 hours of service if you have a concern. ANKA may provide relevant service documentation to a payment processor or card issuer when responding to a chargeback or dispute.

4. Vehicle access, keys, and handoff
Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and timely access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. ANKA prefers direct key handoff from the customer or an authorized adult.
If the customer will not be present, access must be arranged in advance through a secure lockbox beside the vehicle or a written key handoff through an authorized building concierge, reception desk, or security desk.
All vehicle location, parking, key-handoff, and access instructions must be provided in writing through booking notes, email, or text message before the appointment.
ANKA does not accept home keys, home-entry codes, home-alarm codes, garage-alarm codes, or keys left in unsecured locations. ANKA does not enter a customer’s home or accept responsibility for securing a home, garage, or other building.
Key handoff and return may be documented by timestamped photo, video, or digital acknowledgement. Keys are held only during the confirmed service window and are not intentionally left inside an unsecured, unattended vehicle or retained overnight.
If safe vehicle access cannot be confirmed at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as an inaccessible-vehicle situation under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Vehicle movement
Unless ANKA separately agrees in writing to a different service, ANKA does not drive customer vehicles on public roads.
With the customer’s permission and only when reasonably necessary for safe access or service, ANKA may reposition a vehicle a short distance within the same private property, driveway, parking area, or approved service location.
ANKA will not move a vehicle when doing so would be unsafe, unlawful, or outside the technician’s reasonable ability. The customer remains responsible for providing a lawful, accessible, and safe work location.

6. Work area, utilities, and managed properties
You must provide a reasonably safe, lawful, accessible, and adequately lit work area. The vehicle must be parked in a location where mobile detailing can be performed safely and without violating property rules, parking rules, local laws, or other applicable restrictions.
For home appointments, ANKA may require access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard outdoor electrical outlet when needed for the confirmed service. Customers must disclose in advance if water or electrical access is unavailable, restricted, or impractical because of distance from the vehicle.
For workplaces, apartments, condominiums, HOAs, or other managed properties, the customer is responsible for confirming that mobile vehicle service, water use, and electrical access are permitted by the property owner, manager, HOA, employer, or other applicable authority.
We may postpone, modify, or decline service if access, utilities, work conditions, weather, safety conditions, property permission, parking conditions, or legal requirements are not adequate. If the vehicle or work area is inaccessible or unsafe at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Vehicle condition, service limits, and additional work
Before beginning service, ANKA may inspect the vehicle and document visible pre-existing condition. You must disclose known damage, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, fragile materials, special finishes, leaks, mechanical problems, safety hazards, biohazards, and other conditions that may affect service.
Some conditions cannot be fully corrected through detailing, including but not limited to permanent staining, paint defects, oxidation, scratches, tears, burns, embedded contamination, odor sources, worn coatings, prior repair defects, or material deterioration. ANKA does not guarantee complete stain, odor, pet-hair, scratch, defect, or contamination removal.
If the confirmed scope must change because of vehicle condition, additional time, additional labor, or an undisclosed condition, we will explain the reason and obtain your approval before performing additional paid work. We may decline work that is unsafe, impractical, outside our service scope, or likely to cause damage.

8. Undisclosed biohazards
ANKA does not provide biohazard remediation or clean blood, human or animal waste, vomit, feces, severe mold conditions, or other bodily fluids.
You must disclose known biohazards before booking or before service begins. If an undisclosed biohazard is discovered after ANKA has arrived, the technician will stop service immediately for safety reasons.
ANKA will retain a $100 undisclosed-biohazard fee to cover reserved technician time, travel, preparation, and the lost appointment window. The remaining prepaid booking payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Weather, safety, and force majeure
Mobile detailing may be affected by rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, unsafe wind, poor air quality, road conditions, utility interruptions, public-safety events, technician safety concerns, or other conditions outside a party’s reasonable control.
ANKA may reschedule, pause, modify, or cancel service when conditions make the appointment unsafe, unlawful, or likely to compromise reasonable service quality. Weather and safety rescheduling is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Photos, documentation, and privacy
ANKA may collect before, during, and after service photos or video of the vehicle, visible pre-existing condition, key handoff or return, service area, and completed work for service verification, quality assurance, safety, insurance, payment disputes, and legal compliance.
Operational documentation will not be used for advertising, social media, or portfolio materials unless you provide separate, optional marketing consent. Our collection and use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limited liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANKA is not liable for pre-existing damage; ordinary wear; hidden defects; prior repairs; damage caused by undisclosed conditions; damage caused by defective, fragile, deteriorated, modified, or aftermarket materials; mechanical or electrical failure; water intrusion resulting from pre-existing leaks or defective seals; or loss of personal property left in the vehicle.
Except where prohibited by law, ANKA’s total liability arising from or related to a specific service is limited to the amount you paid to ANKA for that specific service. ANKA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost use, lost profits, diminished value, or loss of personal property.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Service concerns and re-service
If you believe something within the confirmed service scope was missed or needs attention, contact ANKA within 48 hours after service completion. Please provide photos and a description of the concern when reasonably possible.
ANKA will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a touch-up, re-service, partial credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution. The remedy selected by ANKA will depend on the confirmed scope, documentation, condition of the vehicle, timing, customer care instructions, and applicable law.

13. Website content and acceptable use
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, and service descriptions, is owned by or licensed to ANKA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission, except as allowed by law.
You may not use our website or booking system to submit false information, interfere with security or operation, impersonate another person, violate laws, harass personnel, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

14. Text messages
By providing a mobile phone number and requesting or booking ANKA services, you agree that ANKA may send transactional text messages related to your appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, access questions, rescheduling notices, payment notices, and customer-service communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of non-essential text messages or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of non-essential messages may limit our ability to send certain convenience updates, but we may still contact you by another reasonable method regarding an active appointment, transaction, safety issue, or legally required notice.
Promotional text messages, if offered, require separate consent and are not a condition of purchasing ANKA services.

15. Third-party services
Our website, booking process, payments, communications, maps, reviews, or other functions may be provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ANKA is not responsible for third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], Nebraska, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact ANKA at [contact email] and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible or from pursuing rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your booking or continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
